Postdoc Dr. rer. nat. Susanne Arens joins the group funded by the DFF-ERC program

On Jan 2, 2019 Dr. rer. nat Susanne Arens will join the Dahl Lab.

With her strong expertise in numerical Earth system modeling, Susanne will quantify the impact of early colonization of land plants on Earth’s atmospheric composition. 

Susanne did her doctoral degree at the Max Planck Institute of Biogeochemistry in Jena, Germany, with Prof. Axel Kleidon. Together, they developed a modeling framework that allow us to assess biological enhanced weathering.  

The project is financed by the DFF-ERC program 2018.
